By using the "Vibration Flow Dispersion Machine VU-15A type," the solvent for nanoparticles can be easily dried and dispersed with alcohol or water. It is capable of drying and dispersing particles ranging from 1nm to 10,000nm. The machine uses a vibrating system (with a jacket) to introduce heated air from the top, collecting nanoparticles through a general-purpose bag filter system and a cyclone system, or both. Due to its sealed structure and the absence of shaft seals, there is minimal risk of foreign matter contamination. Additionally, its extremely simple design makes sanitation easy.
